Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all Greenstone Shop tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
